Legal Information

As an international traveller, you are obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of the country you are visiting, including traffic regulations. Euro Parking Collection plc (‘EPC’) has been authorised to assist in ensuring that all domestic and foreign drivers are treated equally and in the event of breaching domestic rules and incurring penalties, have the opportunity to pay in their local currency in their country of residence.

Authorities throughout Europe have authorised EPC to recover outstanding fees, charges or penalties issued to foreign registered vehicles. Copies of the authorisation can be viewed in the Issuing Organisations section. A notice has been sent to you as the registered keeper/hirer of the vehicle at the time of the incident and ultimately you are responsible for payment. Your payment must be made to Euro Parking Collection plc before the due date shown on the Notice to avoid further charges.

Further Enforcement

In the event of non-payment of a notice issued by EPC, as with domestic vehicles, the issuing organisation will have further enforcement options available to them; these include, but are not limited to, clamping or removing vehicles, checking vehicles as they enter or exit the relevant country for any outstanding traffic fees/fines, initiating legal action in the country of the issuing organisation or in the country of the registered keeper.
